Even the rain could not put a dampener on the thousands that turned out to witness the annual St George's Day Parade through the streets of Maidstone. Old School Samba led the way followed by hundreds of representatives of all the different Guide, Scout and Beaver troops from around the region. A quick route from Week Street down to All Saints Church for a traditional ceremony to celebrate St George's Day.
